All orders are processed by USPS within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders with addresses within the following zip codes: 33002, 33010, 33011, 33012, 33013, 33014, 33015, 33016, 33017, 33018, 33023, 33024, 33025, 33026, 33027, 33029, 33054, 33055, 33056.
It is a private untracked shipment. We will contact you by text message using the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of our arrival date.
Local pickup
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check your status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 10 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@patagoniasuppliesllc.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund you the full amount of the order minus the return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@patagoniasuppliesllc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these cases on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
